Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training and nursing on the recovery of forearm function in patients with double fractures of the radius and ulna. Methods 66 patients with double fractures of the radius and ulna admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received early rehabilitation training care, with 33 patients in each group. Evaluate the effects of the two groups based on forearm function recovery indicators and incidence of complications. Results There was a small difference in the recovery indicators of forearm function between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), and the experimental group was better than the reference group after nursing (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group (3.30%) was lower than that in the reference group (21.21%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training and nursing for patients with double fractures of the radius and ulna can promote forearm function recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications. This method is worth promoting.
