| 摘要 |
探究踝关节骨折手术患者护理中采取疼痛护理对其疼痛程度、骨折愈合的影响。方法 52例踝关节骨折手术治疗患者取自2022年2月-2023年2月期间，上述患者以随机数字表法分为参考组和实验组。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组在上述基础上采取疼痛护理，每组26例。以疼痛评分、Baied评分及AOFAS评分评价两组效果。结果 护理前两组疼痛评分对比差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组疼痛评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。护理前两组Baied评分及AOFAS评分对比差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组Baied评分及AOFAS评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 踝关节骨折手术患者护理中采取疼痛护理有利于缓解患者的疼痛，促进其骨折愈合。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of pain care on pain level and fracture healing in patients with ankle fracture surgery. Methods A total of 52 patients with ankle fracture surgery were selected from February 2022 to February 2023. The patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by random number table method. The reference group received routine care, and the experimental group received pain care on the basis of the above, with 26 cases in each group. The effects of the two groups were evaluated by pain score, Baied score and AOFAS score. Results The pain scores of the two groups before care were slightly different (P＞0.05). After care, the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P＜0.05). The Baied score and AOFAS score of the two groups before care were slightly different (P＞0.05). After care, the Baied score and AOFAS score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Pain care in the nursing of patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery is beneficial to relieve the pain of patients and promote fracture healing. This method is worth promoting.
