摘要	探讨急救护理在急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年2月收治的AIS患者106例，随机分为观察组（标准化急救护理）和对照组（常规急救护理）各53例，对比效果。结果观察组急救时间均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生命体征水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组预后情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 AIS患者采取标准化急救护理对于患者急救时间的减少，改善生命体征及预后效果良好。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of emergency care in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods 106 AIS patients admitted from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 53 cases of observation group (standardized emergency care) and control group (routine emergency care). Results The emergency treatment time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); the vital sign level of the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion AIS patients can reduce the emergency time and improve their vital signs and prognosis.
