Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of detailed and high-quality nursing in patients with cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis. Method 72 patients with cerebral infarction who received intravenous thrombolysis from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=36, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=36, receiving detailed high-quality care) using a random number table method. Compare the consciousness status, neurological function recovery status, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Result The Glasgow Coma Scale and neurological recovery status of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on detailed and high-quality nursing, the clinical treatment effect of cerebral infarction patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis can be significantly improved, the incidence of complications can be reduced, and the quality of life and neurological function recovery speed of patients can be improved.
