| 摘要 |
探究分析前馈控制护理策略在肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者中的应用价值。方法 时间2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用前馈控制护理策略，对比两组的自护能力；并发症发生率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 前馈控制护理策略可显著改善患者自护能力以及并发症发生率，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of feedforward control nursing strategy in patients with PICC catheter for tumor chemotherapy. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, subjects: a total of 102 patients with PICC catheters for tumor chemotherapy, grouping: randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted feedforward control nursing strategy. The self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Feedforward control nursing strategy can significantly improve patients self-care ability and the incidence of complications, and is worthy of promotion and application.
