Abstract
Objective: To explore the impact of evidence-based nursing on the quality of operating room nursing and the occurrence of agitation during anesthesia recovery in patients. Method: Sixty patients who underwent surgery in our hospitals operating room from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received routine operating room care, while the observation group received evidence-based care, with 30 cases in each group. Compare the nursing quality, blood pressure indicators, and incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery between two groups of operating rooms. Result: The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the blood pressure indicators and the incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence based nursing can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing, reduce the incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery period, and is worthy of promotion and application in operating room nursing.
