Objective To study the application of bundled nursing intervention in elderly patients with bronchitis. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with bronchitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected for this study of bundled nursing intervention. They were divided into a conventional group and a bundle group by R language random function, with 30 patients in each group. The study adopted a randomized controlled trial. One group was a conventional group, which implemented conventional nursing, and the other group was a bundle group, which added bundled nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. Results After intervention with different nursing methods, the study found that the scores of bronchitis knowledge and compliance with medical treatment in the bundle group were improved compared with those in the conventional group. The relief time of symptoms such as dyspnea, sputum, asthma, and cough in the bundle group was faster than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for elderly patients with bronchitis and bundled nursing intervention can improve patients understanding and compliance with bronchitis and accelerate the relief of various clinical symptoms.
