摘要
随着医疗行业的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,医院人力资源管理面临着前所未有的挑战。本文探讨了“以人为本”理念在医院人力资源管理中的重要性及其应用实践方式。通过实施构建科学医院绩效体系、构建系统化人才管理体系、明确岗位级别和薪酬分配、积极调整用人模式等环节贯彻“以人为本”的理念,从而激发员工的潜能,提高医疗服务质量,实现医院的可持续发展。
Abstract
With the rapid development of the medical industry and the intensification of market competition, hospital human resource management is facing unprecedented challenges. This article explores the importance and practical application of the "people-oriented" concept in hospital human resource management. By implementing the concept of "people-oriented" through the construction of a scientific hospital performance system, a systematic talent management system, clarifying job levels and salary distribution, and actively adjusting employment models, we can stimulate the potential of employees, improve the quality of medical services, and achieve sustainable development of the hospital.
