| 摘要 |
分析慢性宫颈炎护理中采用针对性护理的应用方法及临床应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月我院收治的54例慢性宫颈炎作为观察对象，各组27例。随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理。对比两组患者的生活质量、心理状态评分及患者的临床疗效。结果 护理后，观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组，生活质量综合评定问卷评分更高，SDS、SAS评分更低。差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中应用效果显著，可以提高临床疗效，还能改善患者的心理状态和提升生活质量。值得临床推广和使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application methods and clinical effects of targeted nursing in the care of chronic cervicitis. Methods 54 cases of chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation subjects, with 27 cases in each group. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received targeted care on the basis of routine care. Compare the quality of life, psychological status scores, and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the clinical total effective rate of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, with higher scores on the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire and lower scores on SDS and SAS. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing has a significant effect in the care of chronic cervicitis, which can improve clinical efficacy, improve patients psychological state, and enhance their quality of life. It is worth promoting and using clinically.
