摘要	探讨人文关怀在老年脑血栓患者治疗中的效果。方法选取2022年6月到2023年6月期间我院收治的老年脑血栓患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组患者50例，对照组患者采用常规护理，实验组患者采用人文关怀。对比两组患者护理效果。结果护理后实验组神经功能以及生活质量均优于对照组，疼痛程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论人文关怀能够有效改善老年脑血栓患者神经功能与生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the neurological function and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the pain level was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care can effectively improve the neurological function and quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis.
