As a "foreign imported product" in the West, although social work has good working concepts and methods, in view of the differences between Chinese and western cultures, in order to make social work give full play to the functions of serving people and society, Chinas social work must be fully combined with Chinas political, economic and cultural environment. The localization of social work has always been an important theoretical research proposition and practical proposition for the development of social work in China. Relevant departments, efficient and social work organizations have also been working hard to localize social work. This paper focuses on the theoretical ideas and practice mode literature of the establishment and operation of social work stations as the reference, and analyzes the current localization practice mode of Chinese social work from the three dimensions of talent training localization, supervision mode localization and service mode localization.
