Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing care for patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive care. Compare the neurological function, degree of pain, degree of lower limb swelling, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the neurological function and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the degree of pain and lower limb swelling was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is of great significance for patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, which can effectively improve lower limb swelling and neurological function, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
