| 摘要 |
分析改良伤口负压吸引技术（Modified Negative Pressure Wound Therapy，NPWT）在老年慢性伤口患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月到2023年6月期间我院收治的老年慢性伤口患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组患者50例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上实施NPWT。对比两组患者护理效果。结果 护理后实验组生活质量优于对照组，伤口愈合时间以及疼痛程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 改良伤口负压吸引技术在老年慢性伤口患者护理中能够有效促进伤口愈合，减轻疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of modified wound vacuum suction technique (Modifjednegativ Présulvandetrapi, Enput) in the care of elderly patients with chronic wounds. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the wound healing time and pain level were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified wound vacuum suction technology can effectively promote wound healing, reduce pain and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic wounds.
