延续护理模式在肺结核患者护理中的应用

摘要	分析延续护理用于肺结核的价值。方法随机均分2023年3月-2024年3月本院接诊肺结核病人（n=60）。试验组采取延续护理，对照组行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果关于依从性：试验组96.67%，对照组80.0%，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组高达（97.04±1.06）分，对照组只有（89.49±2.31）分，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。sf-36评分：干预后，试验组高达（90.04±2.57）分，对照组只有（83.95±3.46）分，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。结论肺结核用延续护理，病人的依从性更高，护理质量更好，满意度提升也更加显著，生活质量改善更为迅速。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of continuous nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly assigned from March 2023 to March 2024 (n=60). The experimental group received continuous nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compliance and other indicators were compared. Results The compliance was 96.67% in experimental group and 80.0% in control group, the former was higher than the latter (P < 0.05). Nursing quality: The experimental group was 97.04±1.06 points, the control group was 89.49±2.31 points, the former was higher than the latter (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: experimental group was higher than control group (P < 0.05). sf-36 score: After intervention, the experimental group was as high as (90.04±2.57) points, and the control group was only (83.95±3.46) points, the former was higher than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion With continuous care for tuberculosis, patients have higher compliance, better nursing quality, more significant improvement in satisfaction, and more rapid improvement in quality of life.
