摘要	我国市场经济形势自改革开放以来发生了巨大转变，各行各业为了顺应时代发展而实施了全面的改革。在新时代下档案管理工作是促进社会及市场实现和谐发展的一个重要因素。鉴于此，相关工作人员必须要充分结合实际状况对新时代下档案管理的具体要求进行全面结合，以此来推动档案管理工作的创新。本文主要以实际情况为准对我国社会发展实践中档案管理工作发挥的重要作用进行了全面梳理，与此同时以新时代对档案管理工作提出的新要求作为基准，提出有效提升档案管理工作质量等相应对策，希望能够对档案管理工作的开展起到一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract	My countrys market economy situation has undergone tremendous changes since the reform and opening up, and all walks of life have implemented comprehensive reforms in order to adapt to the development of the times. In the new era, archives management is an important factor to promote the harmonious development of society and the market. In view of this, the relevant staff must fully combine the actual situation with the specific requirements of archives management in the new era, so as to promote the innovation of archives management. Based on the actual situation, this paper comprehensively sorts out the important role of archives management in the practice of social development in our country. Corresponding countermeasures are hoped to play a certain reference role in the development of archives management.
