摘要
讨论及研究CBL、PBL、RBL教学法在儿童口腔临床教学中的效果。方法 选择我院在2022年8月份至2024年8月份于我院实习的40名专科医学生进行研究,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组20名医学生,对照组为传统教学模式,实验组为CBL、PBL、RBL教学模式,分别对两组学生的考试成绩以及教学满意度进行评价。结果 通过对两组学生提供不同的教学模式后,实验组学生的考试成绩优于对照组,p<0.05,分析教学满意度,实验组优于对照组,p<0.05。结论 在儿童口腔临床教学中,开展CBL、PBL、RBL教学法,可以提升学生的考试成绩,提高学生的教学满意度,值得提倡。
Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the effect of CBL, PBL and RBL teaching methods on childrens oral clinical teaching. Methods 40 medical students who practiced in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 20 medical students in each group. The traditional teaching mode in the control group and the teaching mode in the experimental group were CBL, PBL and RBL. The examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the two groups were evaluated respectively. Results After the two groups of students were provided with different teaching modes, the test scores of the experimental group were better than the control group, p<0.05. The analysis of teaching satisfaction showed that the experimental group was better than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion CBL, PBL and RBL teaching methods can improve students test scores and teaching satisfaction in childrens oral clinical teaching, which is worth advocating.
