护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用分析

摘要	为提高护理管理质量，研究通过护士分层级管理模式的具体价值。方法在本次研究正式开始前，确定将以对照实验的形式进行探究，并需要于我院中选取40例护士作为研究对象，为保障对照研究的顺利实施，需遵循随机性原则进行随机分组，每组20例，分别命名为常规组、分层组，后者需要应用护士分层级管理模式，比较分析其具体实施效果。结果对不同护理管理模式下的护理考核评分进行了分析，结果中显示，分层组护理理论知识评分、护理操作评分、基础护理评分和病房护理评分等指标均明显高于常规组，（P＜0.05）。结论护士分层级管理模式具有更高的科学性、合理性，对护理管理质量的提升有积极作用。
Abstract	Objective In order to improve the quality of nursing management, to study the specific value of the hierarchical management model of nurses. Method Before the study officially starts, it is determined that the investigation will be conducted in the form of a controlled experiment, and 40 nurses in our hospital need to be selected as the research object. To ensure the smooth implementation of the controlled study, randomization should be carried out according to the principle of randomness. , Each group of 20 cases, respectively named the conventional group and stratified group, the latter requires the application of nurses hierarchical management model, and a comparative analysis of its specific implementation effects. Results The nursing assessment scores under different nursing management models were analyzed. The results showed that the stratified groups nursing theory knowledge score, nursing operation score, basic nursing score and ward nursing score were significantly higher than those of the conventional group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The nurses hierarchical management model is more scientific and reasonable, and has a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of nursing management
