Disease diagnosis related group (DRG) payment reform is an important part of medical insurance system reform, the classification of medical services, paid on the basis of service nature and difficulty, effectively solve the payment of the past, to ensure the quality of medical services and fair, but at the same time has brought various challenges. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the new model of hospital medical insurance management in the environment of DRG payment reform.
