| 摘要 |
研究血清CEA、CA242、CA199、PGR联合检测在早期胃癌辅助诊断中的临床意义。方法 选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院收治的50例早期胃癌患者与同期健康体检者作为研究对象，早期胃癌患者作为实验组，同期健康体检者作为一般组。分别检测两组的血清CEA、CA242、CA199和PGR水平。记录并比较患者血清肿瘤标志物水平，并分析其诊断效能。结果 （1）实验组与一般组血清肿瘤标志物水平有明显差异（P<0.05）；（2）血清CEA、CA242、CA199、PGR联合检验与单独检验具有较大差异（P<0.05）。结论 血清CEA、CA242、CA199、PGR联合检验的诊断效能高于单一检验，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CEA, CA242, CA199 and PGR in the auxiliary diagnosis of early gastric cancer. Methods 50 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 and healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the research objects, the patients with early gastric cancer were selected as the experimental group and the healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the general group. Serum CEA, CA242, CA199 and PGR levels were detected in two groups. Serum tumor markers were recorded and compared, and their diagnostic efficacy was analyzed. Results (1) There were significant differences in serum tumor markers between experimental group and general group (P<0.05); (2) There were significant differences between serum CEA, CA242, CA199 and PGR combined test and single test (P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of serum CEA, CA242, CA199 and PGR combined test is higher than that of single test, and it is worth promoting.
