摘要
医院挂号收费管理、服务质量的规范化是一个系统化的过程,旨在确保医院在提供医疗服务的过程中,其挂号、收费以及服务环节都遵循既定的标准与流程,以提供高效、准确、人性化的服务体验,对于保障医疗安全以及促进医患和谐都具有重要意义。文中分析了医院挂号收费管理与服务质量规范化重要性,包括有助于提升患者满意度、维护医院形象与信誉、优化资源配置、减少财务错误与纠纷、促进医患和谐、符合法律法规要求等。同时提出了目前医院挂号收费管理与服务质量规范化中存在的问题,并讨论了提高医院挂号收费管理水平与服务质量规范化的方法,旨在为医院挂号收费管理与服务质量相关研究提供参考,如下。
Abstract
The standardization of hospital registration and fee management and service quality is a systematic process aimed at ensuring that hospitals follow established standards and procedures in the process of providing medical services, in order to provide efficient, accurate, and humane service experiences. This is of great significance for ensuring medical safety and promoting doctor-patient harmony. The article analyzes the importance of standardizing hospital registration and fee management and service quality, including helping to improve patient satisfaction, maintain hospital image and reputation, optimize resource allocation, reduce financial errors and disputes, promote doctor-patient harmony, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. At the same time, the problems existing in the current hospital registration fee management and service quality standardization were raised, and methods to improve the level of hospital registration fee management and service quality standardization were discussed, aiming to provide reference for research related to hospital registration fee management and service quality, as follows.
