Objective To explore the effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia. Methods The subjects of this study were patients with schizophrenia, a total of 68 cases, selected from our hospital between January 2022 and January 2023. This study adopts a controlled trial, and the grouping method is the random number table method, which is divided into two groups, namely the reference group and the experimental group, with 39 cases in each group. The former was treated with olanzapine, and the latter was treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the above. Compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results The comparison of treatment effectiveness showed that the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). There was a small difference in ITAQ scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the experimental group was higher than the reference group after treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole is significant in patients with schizophrenia. It can improve the cognitive function of patients and the treatment is highly safe. This method deserves to be promoted.
