| 摘要 |
分析针对性护理应用于糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢护理中，对护理效果和满意度的影响。方法 将80例甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者做为研究样本，根据奇偶数列法分到两组中，在2023年2月-2024年2月诊治期间采取不同的护理方案，试验组和常规组分别采用针对性护理和常规护理，对比满意度和护理效果。结果 与常规组相比，试验组患者在护理后FBG、2hPG、HBA1c降低程度更加明显，并发症发生率更低，护理满意度更高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理模式应用于甲亢与糖尿病合并症患者，可以有效控制患者的血糖水平，降低并发症风险，让患者更加满意，值得大力推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on the nursing effect and satisfaction of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods 80 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the odd-even series method. Different nursing schemes were adopted during the diagnosis and treatment period from February 2023 to February 2024. The experimental group and the conventional group received targeted nursing and routine nursing, respectively, and the satisfaction and nursing effect were compared. Results Compared with the conventional group, FBG, 2hPG and HBA1c in experimental group were significantly reduced after nursing, the incidence of complications was lower, and nursing satisfaction was higher, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing mode applied to patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes complications could effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and reduce the risk of complications. To make patients more satisfied, it is worth vigorously promoting.
