品管圈在护理质量管理中的应用

摘要	探讨品管圈在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取100例在本院住院者为研究对象，随机数字表法分成两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则在对照组基础上加入品管圈，对比两组管理效果。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论品管圈是一种有效的护理质量管理工具，能够促进护理团队的协作，提高护理服务质量，增强患者满意度，值得在护理质量管理中广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in nursing quality management. Methods 100 inpatients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received quality control circle in addition to the control group. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Quality control circle is an effective nursing quality management tool that can promote collaboration among nursing teams, improve nursing service quality, and enhance patient satisfaction. It is worth widely applying in nursing quality management.
