移动平台的共管照护模式对老年髋部骨折患者的影响

摘要	研讨移动平台的共管照护模式对老年髋部骨折患者的影响。方法拟选取2023年11月-2024年5月我科60例老年髋部骨折术后出院准备期患者和出院后患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30，接受常规出院指导和出院随访）和干预组（n=30，移动平台的共管照护模式）。结果出院1月、3月、6月Harris髋关节功能评分量表、日常生活自理能力量表（ADL）、生活质量评定量表（SF-36）数值比较，干预组均比对照组高，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。干预组出院后6个月内并发症发生情况及再入院率比对照组低，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论移动平台的共管照护模式可提升老年髋部骨折关节功能、自理能力、生活质量，可降低并发症及再住院率。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the effect of co-management care mode of mobile platform on elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 60 elderly patients with hip fracture from November 2023 to May 2024, divided into control group (n=30, receiving routine discharge guidance and discharge follow-up) and intervention group (n=30, co-management care mode of mobile platform). Results January, March, and ἧ Harris hip function rating, daily care ability (ADL), quality of life rating (SF-36), the intervention group was higher than the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference, P <0.05. The incidence of complications and readmission in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The co-management care mode of the mobile platform can improve the joint function, self-care ability and life quality of the elderly hip fracture, and reduce the complications and rehospitalization rate.
