摘要	建筑工程在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位。通过对建筑工程造价的动态管理和成本控制，既有利于各种资源在建筑行业的优化配置，又能促进建筑行业发展的有序化、良性化，还能增强我国在国际建筑行业的竞争力。为此，需要重视建筑工程造价的动态管理与成本控制。
Abstract	Building engineering plays an important role in the economic development of our country. Through the dynamic management of construction cost and cost control, it is not only beneficial to the optimal allocation of various resources in the construction industry, but also to promote the orderly and benign development of the construction industry, but also to enhance Chinas competitiveness in international construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the dynamic management and cost control of construction cost.
