快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊结石患者围术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	分析快速康复外科理念用于腹腔镜胆囊结石围术期护理的价值。方法 2021年3月-2022年2月本院接诊腹腔镜胆囊结石手术病人100名，随机均分2组。试验组采取快速康复外科护理，对照组行常规护理。对比肛门排气时间等指标。结果从下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间上看，试验组分别是（17.02±3.26）h、（20.14±3.05）h、（4.06±0.49）d，和对照组（23.48±4.79）h、（26.92±4.18）h、（4.96±0.53）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。从并发症上看，试验组发生率2.0%，和对照组14.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。从满意度上看，试验组98.0%，和对照组84.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊结石围术期护理用快速康复外科理念，病情恢复更为迅速，并发症发生率更低，满意度更高。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the value of fast recovery surgery concept in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis. Methods: From March 2021 to February 2022, 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis surgery were admitted to our hospital, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received fast recovery surgical nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare indicators such as anal exhaust time. Results: From the time of getting out of bed, anal exhaust time and hospital stay, the experimental group was (17.02±3.26) h, (20.14±3.05) h, (4.06±0.49) d, and the control group (23.48±4.79) )h, (26.92±4.18)h, and (4.96±0.53)d were shorter (P<0.05). In terms of complications, the incidence rate of the experimental group was 2.0%, which was lower than that of the control group, which was 14.0% (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the experimental group was 98.0% higher than the control group (84.0%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: The concept of fast recovery surgery is used in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystolithiasis, and the condition is recovered more quickly, the incidence of complications is lower, and the satisfaction rate is higher.
