Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of using Shuangge Jiejiu Formula combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of non comatose patients with acute alcohol poisoning. Methods 102 non comatose patients with acute alcohol poisoning who visited the emergency department from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=51) treated with naloxone hydrochloride injection, and an observation group (n=51) treated with Shuangge Jiejiu formula. The therapeutic value was compared. Results After 1 hour and 6 hours of treatment, the observation group had lower exhaled alcohol concentration, and the incidence of acute liver injury and digestive bleeding was lower than that of the control group. The complete alcohol metabolism time and overall hospitalization time were better than those of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shuangge Jiejiu Formula and Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection can accelerate alcohol metabolism, relieve liver and digestive tract pressure, reduce complications, and promote early recovery in non comatose patients with acute alcohol poisoning.
