| 摘要 |
探究NTproBNP在心力衰竭患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取本院2023年8月-2024年8月收治的100例心力衰竭患者展开研究，其中心血管事件40例，无心血管事件60例，对比有无心血管事件患者的NT-proBNP水平，采用美国心脏协会(ACC/AHA)标准评估患者的Gensini积分。统计心力衰竭患者不同心功能等级（Ⅱ级30例、Ⅲ级35例、Ⅳ级35例）的NT-proBNP水平以及LVEF指数。结果 心血管事件患者的NT-proBNP水平以及Gensini积分均高于无心血管事件患者，Ⅳ级心功能的NT - proBNP水平以及LVEF指数显著高于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者，LVEF指数与心功能成正比（随心功能减弱而降低）（P<0.05）。结论 心力衰竭的诊断中，采取NT-proBNP可明确反映患者的心功能状况，可在一定程度上预测患者预后，有益于为疾病治疗提供参考依据。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of NTproBNP in patients with heart failure. Methods A study was conducted on 100 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024, including 40 patients with cardiovascular events and 60 patients without cardiovascular events. The NT proBNP levels of patients with cardiovascular events were compared, and the Gensini score of patients was evaluated using the American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) criteria. Count the NT proBNP levels and LVEF index of heart failure patients with different heart function levels (30 cases of grade II, 35 cases of grade III, and 35 cases of grade IV). Results The levels of NT proBNP and Gensini score in patients with cardiovascular events were higher than those in patients without cardiovascular events. The levels of NT proBNP and LVEF index in patients with grade IV heart function were significantly higher than those in patients with grade II and III. LVEF index was positively correlated with heart function (decreasing with weakened heart function) (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of heart failure, the use of NT proBNP can clearly reflect the patients cardiac function status, predict the patients prognosis to a certain extent, and provide reference for disease treatment.
