Objective To explore the promoting effect of hospital review on medical record management. Methods 4000 cases of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected for analysis, 2000 cases were selected as control group, and 2000 cases were used as observation group for hospital review. Compare the two groups of management effects. Results The comprehensive assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and statistically significant (P <0.05); the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The review management of hospital medical record management can improve the comprehensive management level of hospital managers and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
