| Abstract |
Objective To explore the screening results of two cancers in eligible women and develop corresponding prevention plans based on the screening results. Methods The study included 4500 eligible women aged 20-64 in the region from January 2022 to December 2022, all of whom underwent two cancer screening. The specific screening methods included cervical cancer examination: gynecological examination, using mature and stable new nucleic acid testing techniques such as "HPV detection method", colposcopy examination, and histopathological examination; Breast cancer examination: adopt breast visual examination, palpation, breast color ultrasound examination, molybdenum target examination methods, statistics and analysis of examination results. Results After screening for two types of cancer, it was found that among 4500 eligible women, 528 cases (11.73%) were HPV positive, 75 cases were detected by vaginal colposcopy and histopathological examination, 13 cases were CIN II-III, 1 case was squamous cell carcinoma, and 1 case was cervical microinvasive carcinoma. 4500 women of the right age were screened for breast cancer. 358 cases were BI-RADS grade 3, 6 cases were BI-RADS grade 4, and they were referred to molybdenum target. 20 cases were grade 3, 9 cases were grade 4. Histopathology: 8 cases of breast fibroadenoma, 2 cases of invasive ductal cancer. Conclusion After screening for two cancers in the right age women, it was found that the risk of breast gland disease and cervical disease in the right age women was high.
