| 摘要 |
探究儿童感染性疾病住院护理模式对住院时间与治疗效果的影响效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2023年7月120例感染性疾病患儿，使用随机数字表法将全部患儿分为观察组与对照组，对护理实施后患儿的症状消失及住院时间、治疗效果、患儿的睡眠质量以及家长对护理的满意度评分。结果 观察组的症状消失速度快于对照组，住院时间更短，治疗效果优于对照组，护理后患儿的睡眠质量评分低于对照组，护理满意度评分高于对照组，呈P<0.05。结论 住院护理模式的实施，能够加快患儿健康的恢复速度，可提高最终的治疗康复质量，提升患儿家长对感染性疾病及相关健康知识内容的掌握。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of inpatient nursing mode on hospital stay and treatment effect of children with infectious diseases. Methods A total of 120 children with infectious diseases were selected from July 2021 to July 2023, and all children were divided into observation group and control group by using random number table method. After the implementation of nursing, symptoms disappeared, length of hospital stay, treatment effect, sleep quality of children and parents satisfaction with nursing were evaluated. Results The symptoms of the observation group disappeared faster than the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter, the treatment effect was better than the control group, the score of sleep quality after nursing was lower than the control group, and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of inpatient nursing mode can accelerate the recovery speed of childrens health, improve the quality of final treatment and rehabilitation, and enhance the parents grasp of infectious diseases and related health knowledge.
