Objective To analyze, explore, investigate and evaluate the effect value and impact significance of standardized nursing process service program in patients undergoing cataract surgery in an in-depth and detailed manner, hoping to apply all research theories to clinical practice, provide a favorable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients diseases, and comprehensively promote the recovery of patients health. Methods A randomized controlled single-blind clinical trial was designed, with a start period of August 2022 to August 2023. The included samples were 80 patients undergoing cataract surgery admitted to the hospital during this period. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups at a ratio of 1:1. The group that implemented the conventional nursing service program was named the reference group, with 40 cases; the group that was given a standardized nursing process intervention strategy was named the study group, with 40 cases. Then the relevant data were collected, collated, compared and analyzed, and fully explained. The comparison data included: negative emotions (SAS, SDS), length of stay, hospitalization costs, complication rates, and differences in nursing satisfaction. The t test (normal measurement data) was used; the χ2 test (counting data) was used; the mean was calculated by (͞x±s). Results After the end of the experiment, after comparative study and statistical analysis, it was found that the patients in the study group were superior to the reference group in the presentation of the above indicators, forming a significant difference in superiority and inferiority, and the P value was less than 0.05, which had comparable advantages and was worth discussing. Conclusion In this study, the influence and effect of the standardized nursing process service program in the care of patients with senile cataract were analyzed and discussed in a targeted manner, aiming to clarify the advantages of this nursing operation through comparison, and better provide protection for the life and health of patients. The results are clear, which can not only effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications and hospitalization costs, but also greatly promote the harmony of the nurse-patient relationship and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of recognition and adoption.
