摘要
改革开放以来,我国基础教育课程改革不断深入,逐渐形成了独具中国特色的基础教育外语教材政策话语体系,其历史演进分为改革重建期、规范转型期、跨越发展期、创新导向期四个阶段,并遵循三条演变逻辑理路,一是服务国家发展需求;二是体现党和国家意志;三是探索语言教学规律。为构建我国新时代基础教育外语教材政策话语体系,要始终坚持中国共产党的正确领导,坚持立德树人导向,并积极探索多语种政策规划与建设。此外,还要加强外语教材政策执行评估,进而推进政策话语体系科学性和可推广性。
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the curriculum reform of basic education in China has been deepening, and a unique discourse system of foreign language teaching materials for basic education has gradually formed. Its historical evolution is divided into four stages: reform and reconstruction period, normative transformation period, leap-forward development period and innovation-oriented period, and follows three logical evolution paths. Second, it embodies the will of the Party and the state. The third is to explore the law of language teaching. In order to construct the policy discourse system of foreign language teaching materials for basic education in the new era of China, we should always adhere to the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the orientation of moral education and cultivate people, and actively explore the multi-language policy planning and construction. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the evaluation of policy implementation in foreign language teaching materials, so as to promote the scientificity and extensibility of policy discourse system.
