| 摘要 |
高校学生党支部作为党的基层组织，在大学生思想政治教育中发挥思想引领作用。本人担任学院学生党支部书记，积极探索如何将党支部建设与学生教育管理服务工作密切结合，尝试开展了一系列党支部活动。在活动开展过程中即加强了学生的党性修养，又提高了学生的专业学习能力，取得了很好成效。本文对党建工作进行总结与反思，为进一步加强基层党支部建设与学生教育管理服务密切融合提供路径参考。

| Abstract |
The student party branch of a college, as a basic organization of the Party, plays a leading role in the ideological and political education of college students. As the secretary of the student party branch of the college, I actively explored how to closely integrate the construction of the party branch with the education, management, and service work for students, and tried out a series of party branch activities. During the process of carrying out these activities, the students party spirit was strengthened, and their professional learning ability was improved, achieving good results. This paper summarizes and reflects on the party building work, providing reference for further strengthening the close integration of grassroots party branch construction and student education, management, and service work.
