| 摘要 |
对冯玲媚教授多年针灸临床经验进行归纳总结。方法 跟师临床,总结其临床治疗针法、取穴特点等心得。结论 冯玲媚教授针灸临床中重视重视传承经典理论，注重针灸治病“调气”为要，“得气”为效，重视络病学说指导针灸临床应用，善用刺络疗法。重用五脏俞治疗脏腑疾病，运用独特的手法灸临床治疗多种疾病,临床颇效。

| Abstract |
Objective To sum up Professor Feng Lingmei’s clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion for many years. Methods To sum up the experience of clinical treatment of acupuncture and acupoint selection. Conclusion Professor Feng Lingmei attaches great importance to the inheritance of classical theory in acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice, we should pay attention to “Regulating Qi”and “Getting Qi”in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, pay attention to collateral disease theory to guide clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion, make good use of pricking collaterals to treat viscera diseases, and use special manipulation to treat various diseases clinically.
