细菌性阴道病诊断中白带检验的应用研究

摘要	分析细菌阴道病（BV）诊断时应用白带检验的临床应用效果。方法将2019年6月-2021年6月期间在我院接受诊治的阴道炎症患者抽取了64例并对其资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均接受了白带常规检验和BV Set试剂盒检验，对比两种检验方式的诊断结果。结果（1）两种检验方式的阳性检出率对比无明显差异，（P＞0.05）。（2）患者镜检时线索细胞、念珠菌、阴道毛滴虫阳性率对比差异显著，（P＜0.05）。（3）按患者阴道分泌物清洁度进行分组，Ⅰ-Ⅱ度组的BV阳性检出率明显低于Ⅲ-Ⅳ组，（P＜0.05）。结论在细菌性阴道病的临床诊断中将白带常规检验、BV Set试剂盒检验联合应用，可有效提高临床诊断结果的准确性。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of leucorrhea test in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods: 64 patients with vaginal inflammation diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and their data were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were examined by leucorrhea routine test and BV Set kit test, and the diagnostic results of the two methods were compared. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two methods (P > 0.05). (2) there were significant differences in the positive rates of clue cells, Candida and Trichomonas vaginalis during microscopic examination (P < 0.05). (3) according to the cleanliness of vaginal secretions, the positive rate of BV in group Ⅰ-Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combined application of leucorrhea routine test and BV Set kit test in the clinical diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
