| 摘要 |
分析快速康复外科护理对胃肠外科手术后患者疼痛以及并发症的影响。方法 本次研究患者的数量为80例，起始时间2020年6月份，截止时间2021年6月份，整个研究为期一年，患者分成两组，对照组与实验组，每组患者40例。对照组患者常规护理，实验组快速康复护理模式，分析两组患者的疼痛、并发症发生率、临床指标。结果 通过两组患者使用不同的康复护理模式后，实验组患者的临床指标优于对照组，疼痛程度轻于对照组，并发症发生率更低，（P<0.05）。结论 对胃肠外科手术患者提供快速康复外科护理可以减轻患者的疼痛，降低患者出现并发症的风险，改善患者的临床指标，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid recovery surgical nursing on pain and complications in patients after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods The number of patients in this study was 80, starting from June 2020 and ending in June 2021. The entire study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into two groups, a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received a rapid recovery nursing model. The pain, complication rate, and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results After the two groups of patients used different rehabilitation nursing models, the clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the pain level was lighter than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing rapid recovery surgical nursing to patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery can relieve patients pain, reduce the risk of complications in patients, and improve patients clinical indicators, which is worth promoting.
