Objective To analyze the value of metformin and eynestradiol cyproterone tablets combined for polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) admitted to our college from January 2015 to January 2019 (n=80) were randomly divided into two groups: the former was treated with metformin and eynestradiol cyproterone tablets, and the latter was treated with eynestradiol cyproterone tablets. Compare follicle stimulating hormone and other indicators. Results The rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.5%, lower than that in the control group (25.0%) (P < 0.05). As for follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), at the end of the treatment course, the data of the experimental group were (16.25±3.14) IU/L and (67.92±3.57) IU/L, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (30.64±4.19) IU/L and (80.65±4.72) IU/L (P < 0.05). As for the total effective rate, the data of the experimental group was 95.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.5%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Polycystic ovary syndrome combined with metformin and eynestradiol cyproterone tablets, less adverse reactions, more obvious hormone level improvement, better efficacy.
