摘要	研究分析穴位按摩配合中医特色护理对周围性面瘫疗效的影响。方法本次实验跨越2020年8月至2022年2月这一时间段，研究人员对88例周围性面瘫患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验所选研究对象按照双盲对照原则进行分组，研究人员采用针刺治疗联合综合护理来治疗对照组所选44例患者，在实验组所选44例患者治疗过程中应用穴位按摩配合中医特色护理，记录对照组及实验组所选患者治疗效果、平均出院时间，并实施分析比较。结果对照组及实验组所选患者中治疗效果显著及治疗效果一般的人数分别为27人及42人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为61.36%及95.45%，分析比较组间治疗总有效率相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者平均出院时间比较分析，分别为（9.5±3.4）天及（6.1±2.8）天，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论穴位按摩配合中医特色护理对周围性面瘫疗效有着不容忽视的影响，其能够显著优化治疗效果。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods This experiment spanned the time period from August 2020 to February 2022. The researchers studied 88 patients with peripheral facial paralysis. The researchers divided the subjects selected in this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The researchers used acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive nursing to treat 44 patients in the control group, and applied acupoints in the treatment process of the 44 patients in the experimental group. Massage was combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and the treatment effect and average discharge time of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were recorded, and analyzed and compared. Results There were 27 and 42 selected patients in the control group and experimental group with significant therapeutic effect and 42 patients, respectively, accounting for 61.36% and 95.45% of the total number of selected patients in the group, respectively. The data related to the total effective rate of treatment were significantly different (p<0.05); the average discharge time of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group was compared and analyzed, which were (9.5±3.4) days and (6.1±2.8) days, respectively. difference, (p < 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a non-negligible effect on the curative effect of peripheral facial paralysis, and it can significantly optimize the therapeutic effect.
