Abstract
Objective To implement routine nursing measures and comprehensive nursing measures in patients with severe brain trauma who are in coma during surgery, clarify the effect of comprehensive nursing, and promote the research and development of nursing care for patients with severe brain trauma who are in coma during surgery. Methods A total of 54 patients whose comprehensive clinical examination results met the diagnostic criteria from October 2023 to October 2024 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 27 cases in the control group and 27 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions (complications and coma) were compared and analyzed. Results The total number of complications in the observation group accounted for less, the P value result was <0.05, and the statistical difference was large. The coma data value in the observation group was lower, the P value result was <0.05. Conclusion The implementation of measures in patients with severe brain trauma who are in coma during surgery can help strengthen the control effect of complications and improve coma symptoms.
