细致化护理在老年消化系肿瘤护理中的应用及满意度研究

| 摘要 |
探究细致化护理在老年消化系肿瘤护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年8月-2023年8月接受治疗的56例老年消化系肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（n=28）和对照组(n=28).对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施细致化护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、生活质量、负面情绪评分。结果 观察组患者护理满意度，生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），负面情绪要低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 细致化护理护理效果显著，能够有效降低患者负面情绪，提高患者生活质量，增强患者对医院的信任和忠诚度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing in the care of elderly digestive system tumors. Methods 56 elderly patients with digestive system tumors who received treatment in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group (n=28) and a control group (n=28) The control group received routine care, while the observation group received meticulous care. Compare the nursing satisfaction, quality of life, and negative emotion scores between two groups of patients. Results The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and negative emotions were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing care has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce patients negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and enhance their trust and loyalty to the hospital.
