摘要	对于肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者采取生长抑素联合内镜进行治疗，进一步提高临床治疗效果，改善患者的临床多项症状，预防再次出血的风险。方法 2021年2月到2022年1月作为本次研究时间，选择我院接收的63例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者作为本次研究对象来源，对照组接受生长抑素进行治疗，观察组接受生长抑素联合内镜进行治疗，比较两组治疗关键指标、再次出血率与止血成功率、并发症发生率。结果观察组两组间关键指标对比比较有明显差异存在，观察组效果更好，此外，在止血成功率均高于对照组，再次出血率低于对照组（P＜0.05），两组间并发症比较相近（P＞0.05）。结论在治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疾病中，通过采取生长抑素联合内镜进行治疗，取得了令人满意的效果，对患者出血症状有显著的改善效果，安全有效，值得推荐。
Abstract	Objective: To treat patients with cirrhosis with esophagogastric varices bleeding by somatostatin combined with endoscopy to further improve the clinical treatment effect, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and prevent the risk of rebleeding. Methods: From February 2021 to January 2022 as the study time, 63 patients with liver cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding received in our hospital were selected as the source of this study. The control group received somatostatin for treatment. The observation group received somatostatin combined with endoscopy for treatment, and the key indicators of treatment, rebleeding rate, hemostasis success rate, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of key indicators between the two groups in the observation group, and the effect in the observation group was better. In addition, the success rate of hemostasis was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of re-bleeding was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complications were similar (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of liver cirrhosis esophagus and gastric variceal bleeding, the combination of somatostatin and endoscopy has achieved satisfactory results, and has significantly improved the bleeding symptoms of patients. It is safe and effective, and is worthy of recommendation.
