| 摘要 |
探究糖尿病临床护理中健康教育临床护理路径的应用效果。方法 研究对象控制60例,是2023年4月-2024年4月广州市荔湾中心医院本院鹤洞院区收治的糖尿病患者。以入院先后顺序为标准分成两组,常规组(30例)实施普通的临床护理措施,试验组(30例)同时进行健康教育临床护理路径,对比应用效果。结果 试验组经过护理干预自护能力评分明显提高,与常规组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组健康知识掌握优良率为96.67%,高于常规组的76.67%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者临床护理中运用健康教育临床护理路径,有助于提高患者健康知识掌握程度、增强患者自护能力,值得大力推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of health education clinical nursing path in clinical nursing of diabetes. Methods The study subjects controlled 60 patients, who were diabetic patients admitted to the Hedong Campus of Guangzhou Liwan Central Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024. The patients were divided into two groups based on the order of admission. The conventional group (30 cases) implemented ordinary clinical nursing measures, and the experimental group (30 cases) also received health education and clinical nursing paths to compare the application effects. Results The self-care ability score of the experimental group was significantly improved after nursing intervention, and there was a significant difference between it and the conventional group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of health knowledge mastery in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than the 76.67% in the conventional group. The difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education clinical nursing path in clinical care of patients with diabetes can help improve patients mastery of health knowledge and enhance patients self-care ability, and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
