| 摘要 |
本文的目的在于分析对四肢骨折患者实施综合护理后，其心理状态和疼痛程度的变化。方法 在2023年5月－2024年5月本院收治的四肢骨折患者中选取80例作为研究对象，将常规护理的40例纳入对照组，综合护理的40例纳入观察组。针对两组患者的心理状态（SAS焦虑量表、SDS抑郁量表）、疼痛情况（VAS量表）以及睡眠质量（PSQI匹兹堡睡眠质量指数）。结果 经过护理，观察组患者的PSQI评分、SAS、SDS评分以及VAS评分均低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可有效改善四肢骨折患者心理状态并减轻疼痛程度。

| Abstract |
Objective The purpose of this paper is to analyze the changes in the psychological state and pain level of patients with limb fractures after comprehensive nursing. Methods 80 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects, 40 cases of conventional nursing were included in the control group, and 40 cases of comprehensive nursing were included in the observation group. The psychological state (SAS anxiety scale, SDS depression scale), pain condition (VAS scale) and sleep quality (PSQI Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing, the PSQI score, SAS, SDS score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with limb fractures and reduce the pain level.
