重症上消化道出血整体护理要点分析

摘要	论整体护理在消化道出血患者中的应用。方法随机选择在我院医治的消化道出血患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取常规护理（对照组），另50例实施整体护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组护理满意度、临床治疗效果、复发率和并发症发生率止血时间、失血量、住院时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用本研究方法进行护理，能够有效减少患者的出血时间和出血量，有利于改善患者出血症状，缩短患者住院时间，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the application of holistic nursing in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups, 50 of them received routine nursing (control group), and the other 50 received overall nursing (observation group). After observation and comparison, conclusions were drawn. Results For the comparison of various data, the nursing methods of the observation group had more advantages, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction, clinical treatment effect, recurrence rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of hemostasis time, blood loss, and hospital stay (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing using this research method can effectively reduce the bleeding time and volume of patients, help improve the bleeding symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
