Objective To analyze the effectiveness and impact of adopting integrated medical and nursing care in intravenous thrombolysis for hyperacute cerebral infarction.Method A sample of 150 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis was selected from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and a study group (integrated medical care) using a random number table method, with 75 patients in each group. The satisfaction and clinical indicators between the groups were compared.Result The satisfaction rate of the study group (97.33%) was higher than that of the control group (84%). In addition, the thrombolysis time and hospitalization time in this group were shorter than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher. The difference between the groups was P<0.05.Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing care for patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis has a significant effect, which is beneficial for shortening the clinical indicator time, improving quality of life, and increasing nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and referencing.
