Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of emergency medical measures in emergency medical department for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given comprehensive emergency medical treatment. The intracranial pressure, Glasgow coma score, neurological deficit score, total effective rate of first aid, hospital stay in emergency department, and medical expenses were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The intracranial pressure and neurological deficit scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the Glasgow coma score was higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate of first aid was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time and medical expenses of the emergency department were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive first aid measures in emergency medical department for cerebral hemorrhage patients have definite therapeutic effect, which can reduce intracranial pressure, improve neurological function and consciousness, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, and reduce medical expenses, which is worthy of promotion.
