| 摘要 |
进行湿疹皮炎患者中行循证护理的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为湿疹皮炎 71 例，试验起
始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以双盲法进行分组，对照组 37 例行常规护理，观察组 34 例
行循证护理。比对两组护理质量、并发症发生情况。结果 两组相比，观察组护理各项护理质量评分更高，处理
结果存在统计学价值（P<0.05）。两组相比，观察组总并发症发生率更低，处理结果存在统计学价值（P<0.05）。
结论 于湿疹皮炎患者中行循证护理，有利于控制相关并发症，提高护士责任性、人性化服务、护患沟通、护理
专业等各方面护理质量，在临床中的应用有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in patients with eczema and
dermatitis. Method 71 cases of eczema dermatitis were selected for this study. The trial started in January 2022 and
ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using a double-blind method. The control group received
routine care for 37 cases, while the observation group received evidence-based care for 34 cases. Compare the nursing
quality and incidence of complications between the two groups. Result Compared with the two groups, the observation
group had a higher score for the quality of nursing care, and the processing results had statistical value (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the observation group had a lower overall incidence of complications, and the treatment
results had statistical value (P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting evidence-based nursing in patients with eczema and
dermatitis is beneficial for controlling related complications, improving nurse responsibility, humanized services, nurse
patient communication, nursing professionalism, and other aspects of nursing quality. Its application in clinical practice is
of great significance.
