摘要	放射肿瘤科是住院医师规范化培训里相对独特的一门专业，其培养的专科医师承载着治疗人类癌症疾病的任务。本文通过不同角度，以四川大学华西医院为例，对放射肿瘤科住培现状及存在的问题作出了分析，提出了相应的改进措施，以期为提升我国各级医院的放射肿瘤科培训质量提供参考意见。
Abstract	Radiation Oncology is a relatively unique subject in the standardized residency training. The specialists trained by it carry the task of treating human cancer diseases. This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the residency training in Radiation Oncology from different perspectives based on the West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and put forward corresponding improvement measures, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of Radiation Oncology training in hospitals at all levels in China.
