| 摘要 |
观察分析以护士为主导的分组管理模式对血液透析护理质量的影响。方法 选择我院于
2022.2-2023.2 内就诊的 60 例血液透析患者，随机分为对照组（30 例，常规护理管理模式）和实验组（30 例，以
护士为主导的分组管理模式），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组护理质量评分显著更高，临床指标显著更高，
生活质量评分显著更高，护理满意度显著更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 以护士为主导的分组管理
模式可以有效提升血液透析患者生活质量，提高护理质量，改善临床指标，提高护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the influence of nurse-led group management mode on the quality of
hemodialysis nursing. Methods 60 patients with hemodialysis treated in our hospital during 2022.2-2023.2 were
randomly divided into control group (30 cases, conventional nursing management mode) and experimental group (30
cases, nurse-led group management mode), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. Results The nursing
quality score, clinical index, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly
higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The nurse-led group management model can effectively
improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, improve the quality of nursing, improve clinical indicators and
improve nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
